Registration is by credit card only. If you would like to send check payment, please contact info@cgt4hivcure.org. Space is limited.

You will receive an email confirming your registration and payment. Please bring a copy of your email receipt to the event to confirm your registration. If you have any questions about your registration or our cancellation policy, please email: info@cgt4hivcure.org.

Early Bird:  $450 (Through June 17, 2017)
Regular:  $550 (June 18 – August 18, 2017)
